Rowanberry Singing Mamas - Edinburgh South

Singing Mamas is a grassroots movement of women including mamas, nurses, doctors, midwives, musicians, teachers and community workers who are all committed to improving wellbeing through singing because singing is clinically proven to reduce symptoms of postnatal depression faster than the usual forms of treatment.

This is the first free taster session which will lead to a regular group being set up.

Please join us! You do not have to have any singing experience, you do not need to know how to read music, we will be sharing some simple songs and harmonies with plenty of repitition so you can learn the songs.

This first session is a free taster session and is open to women with or without babies. If you want to bring your child please only babies up to 12 months (or when they start walking).
