ROW NON-STOP - 24 Hour Row for Mental Fitness

Join us for an unforgettable 24-hour rowing relay challenge in the heart of Holland Village. The Kaki Lang Project is bringing fitness, community, and purpose together — all in support of Gotcha4Life, a charity dedicated to building a mentally fit future and working toward a suicide-free world.

Whether you're rowing for a cause, supporting someone you love, or just stepping up for the community, every metre rowed makes a difference.

This is more than a workout — it's a movement.

What to expect:

• 24 hours of non-stop rowing — sign up for a 1-hour block to row as long or as little as you wish.
• 2 Rowing machines rotating throughout the event.
• A welcoming vibe, good energy, and people who care for the cause.

Everyone is welcome — from seasoned athletes to complete beginners!

Gotcha4Life works across schools, clubs, and workplaces to run workshops and campaigns that build meaningful connections, promote mental fitness, and prevent suicide. Your contribution helps fund these life-saving initiatives.

The event will be held at L’Operetta, Holland Village — a perfect space where you can row, refuel, and hang out. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Registration: All proeeds from registration will go to the Gotcha4Life.

Per-KM Challenge: Fitstop Holland Village/Downtown pledges $3 per 10KM rowed
