There will be no moving assistance or moving supplies so be sure to bring a set of helping hands and a large vehicle.

- Pick up only, no delivery available.
- All items must be collected by 3 pm on the day of the sale or the following Monday or Tuesday.
- No pets.
- No washrooms.
- Store credit, member discounts, coupons, and vouchers cannot be used.
- All items are final sale, no warranty, returns, exchanges, and are sold "as is" no price adjustments.
*The ticket does not guarantee entry and operates on a first-come, first-served basis until the inventory is sold out.
