In this class, our home maintenance expert will go over routine tasks and seasonal activities to protect your home and its value. Topics include maintaining heating and cooling systems, plumbing, chimneys, repairing drywall, lawn and garden, tools and safety, painting, etc.! PLUS an Energy Navigator from Cornell Cooperative Extension will join us to share weatherization and DIY tips and info on energy incentive programs. We’ll get some hands-on help with caulk, furnace filters, fixing toilets, and more. This class is for any type of home including stick built, manufactured homes, etc.THIS CLASS IS IN PERSON! Join us for hands on activities and freebies - including your own home maintenance journal.
The class fee is $20, but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed a Home Buyer Class. Couples may attend together. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all!
