$Round Willow \u2018Berry\u2019 Basket - FULL$

Come and learn how to make a round willow basket! The workshop is suitable for complete beginners and will teach you the basics of stake and strand basketry.
You will make a round base, learn how to add the side stakes, weave the sides, then put down a simple trac border. You will finish with a pegged handle.
We will share a simple vegetarian lunch, as well as the joy of creating something beautiful, functional and handmade with a group of like-minded people!
Working with willow does require good strength and dexterity in the hands, come prepared to work hard and you will be so proud of what you can achieve in a day!
The day will start at 9:30 and finish when all baskets are completed, usually around 5:30.
