Come and join us on some seaside frolics, yes its time to dig out your bucket & spade and Kiss-Me-Quick hats and come on down to the English Riviera for a fine old time.The team are arranging a pre-tour for those of you wanting to make a longer weekend of it. Come down Thursday afternoon, eat and drink locally that evening then go on a ‘Treasure Hunt’ around Babbacombe Friday morning to see the best of this idyllic English seaside resort.
For those arriving the following day, arrive early afternoon on Friday and settle into your comfortable rooms. All are en-suite with a mix of doubles and twins; there are a limited number of single rooms available with no supplement. For the gents the Masonic Hall is just a few minutes walk away at St Marychurch and the bar will be open there from 5.30pm. The Ladies are being taken out for the evening by former members of Ladies Circle so they will be well looked after.
Breakfast is served from 7.30am and is well renowned as a fantastic feast, served buffet style. We are off to the beach for the day with beach games, fish & chips for lunch and a stroll along the Pier, all included in the price. Competition will be arranged on a Lodge v Lodge basis from the very gentle Boules to a livelier game of Rounders, even competitive penny falls in the Pier arcade are on the agenda!. Join in and help win the trophy, or just watch and hope you don’t inadvertently win the Knobbly Knees competition!
Our gala dinner in the evening promises to be another great Black Tie event with music and dancing after, a prize raffle will be raising money for our Worshipful Masters chosen cause. Please note that although non-residents will be able to join us for the Friday night and Saturday daytime, it is expected that Saturday night will sell out and be for those staying in the hotel only.

The cost for all of this? Just £220 per person, this includes two nights dinner, bed and breakfast plus lunch on the Saturday.
The Thursday pre-tour is an extra £45 per person for accommodation with any other costs being paid as you go along.
