Time: 9am arrive, 9:15am walk the track, 9:30am first race.

U6: 500m
U9-10: 1500m
U7-8: 1000m
U11-12: 2000m
U13-17: 3000m
Parents and families, we need assistance for this round as Brimbank LAC is the host of this round. We need helpers for set up (8.15am), Course Marshall’s (during races), Turn Marshall’s, rabbit ? (run in front of runners), tortoise ? (walk, jog with last runners) and pack up. All Brimbank families should expect to assist on the day.
Reminders:
- All current 2023/24 registered athletes must wear Brimbank uniform and their Commonwealth Bank bib. New and trial athletes can wear a t-shirt and shorts.
- Bring along a jumper, water bottle, towel and socks each week.
- Cross Country will run in all weather conditions apart from a thunderstorm.
