Rules and Regulations
1. Certification: This is a USBC certified event, open to youth and adult bowlers. All USBC rules and regulations shall apply. All entrants must be current USBC members.
2. Averages: Adults use their highest 2024-25 avg. of 21 games or more. If no 2024-25 avg then use the highest current 2025-26 avg. of 21 games or more. If none, then the bowler will use 220 as their average. Youth bowlers will use the highest average between their 2024-25 season ending avg and their current 2025-26 avg. of 21 games or more. For adults there will be no 10-pin rule for this event. All averages will be verified prior to the start of the tournament. If a bowler has a standard average and a sport average, the standard average shall be used. If a bowler must use his/her sport average, their average shall be adjusted using the USBC Sport Conversion Chart.
3. Entry Deadline: Preregistration requested, but walk-ins are welcome.
4. Divisions: U14 and U18. Divisions are based on the age of the youth bowler as of August 1, 2025. All divisions are handicapped.
5. Handicap: Handicap will be 80% of 220 average.
6. Format: Youth and adult bowlers will each bowl three (3) games on the same pair of lanes. The total combined pinfall for the adult and youth bowlers will be used to determine their finish in the standings. Youth and adult bowlers are allowed to bowl more than once, but bowlers must change partners for each squad.
7. Payouts, Entry Fee, and Breakdown: Payout ratio is 1:5 in each division. Entry fee is $50 per team. $21 lineage/$29 prize fund. All payouts go towards youth’s SMART account.
8. Tournament Authority: The Tournament Host will have final say in all disputes, rules not covered here, or rules not covered by the USBC. The tournament director reserves the right to re-rate any bowler for any reason.
