Journey Beyond Sound – Nervous System Reset Series (Rothesay)
You are invited to join Journey Beyond Sound— a gentle sound meditation experience designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and inner clarity.
Each session offers a sacred, supportive space to slow down, settle the body, and listen inward as sound gently guides you toward balance and stillness.
Participants are comfortably reclined while being surrounded by carefully curated sound companions that work together to calm the nervous system and invite a sense of ease.
Sound companions:
Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum, rain column, and natural drums—each reflecting elemental qualities of 🌬️ Air, 🌊 Water, 🔥 Fire, and 🌳 Earth, with a central stillness woven throughout the experience.
Sessions conclude with quiet integration time and optional journaling, allowing insights and sensations to gently land before returning to your day.
