The Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise Dolphin Derby is only once per year, so start thinking about how you can make the most of this five-hour festival of fun. www.dolphinderby.comYou are personally invited to Chase Palm Park on Sunday July 13 from noon to 5 p.m. Please bring a friend!
