Calling all cars, trucks, motorcycles, airplanes, AND runners/walkers...
Join us for the 8th Annual Rotary Wheels and Wings Festival & 5k on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Lancaster Airport and Brethren Village!
This unique event has grown to more than 1,000 attendees, 300+ cars, 100+ runners and walkers, plus aircraft. We plan for the 2025 event to be bigger and better than ever and will include WWII “warbirds” of the .
This is a FREE EVENT to the public! No registration necessary for the general public to attend - just come on out and enjoy the car show, food, music, children area and more!
Onsite parking is just $5.00 per car and as with the rest of the event benefits the Summer Youth Experience in Lancaster.
Registration is required for all vehicles and runner participants.

The Wheels and Wings Car Show and Fly In is from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Early Registration is $15 per car and ends May 4, 2025. Pre-register using the button above until May 4, 2025.I f you have a printed car show registration form and wish to pay by check in advance, mail it to Rotary Club of Lancaster, PO Box 1387, Lancaster, PA 17604. Printed Car show registration must be received by May 5, 2025.
Standard Registration for the Car Show is $20 per car. Registration will be available onsite the day of the Show. You may print the registration form and bring it to the event or forms will be available the day of the event. Cash or check payable to Rotary Club of Lancaster Foundation accepted. Show Trophies will be awarded. It is a grass staging area for cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
Day of Car Show check-in and registration will open at 8:00 am.

Best Rat Rod
Best Hot Rod

People’s Choice - as voted by spectators and participants
And perhaps another surprise or two
Goodie bags will be given to the first drive-in and fly-in participants. Quantities are limited. First come, first served!
Fantastic door prizes awarded to car show participants at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and noon. Raffle prizes drawn at 1:00 pm.
To round out the Festival, there will be food trucks and beverage vendors.
No Festival would be complete without music. Baker Events will be playing your favorites throughout the day.

5 k Race
The day will start off with a 5k Race - rain or shine - at 7:30 am with registration open beginning at 6:30 am at Brethren Village. Parking will be in the grass at the airport.
Registration for the Race is $25 before May 4 and $30 after May 4. T-shirt is included while supplies last. Medals will be awarded for top three male and female finishers in six age categories.

This is a community fundraising event primarily to benefit the Rotary Club of Lancaster's Summer Youth Experience, A United Way Partnership. This program supports hundreds of Lancaster city youth through activities that teach leadership skills and prevent the "summer slide" for students.
