ABOUT KEVIN CIRCOSTA
Kevin Circosta is the founder and creative force behind Free & Easy, a Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand known for its laid-back California style and cult-classic “Don’t Trip” hats. With two decades in the music and fashion industry, Kevin began his journey building brands and designing merchandise for top artists including Beyoncé and The Beatles before launching his own iconic label in 2017. Free & Easy’s designs pay homage to surf, skate, and sports culture, attracting fans like LeBron James, Harry Styles, John Mayer, and the late Mac Miller. The brand has appeared in leading retailers worldwide and continues to influence streetwear and pop culture with its sunny, easygoing aesthetic. Kevin’s innovative work bridges art, nostalgia, and storytelling—making him a unique voice in contemporary design and branding.
ABOUT ROSKI TALKS
The USC Roski School’s Roski Talks lecture series offers engaging weekly presentations from leading visual artists, design innovators, scholars, performance artists, architects, and other influential figures throughout the academic year. These events are a popular among the Roski community and frequently attract members of the public.
Held in an intimate setting, Roski Talks encourage audience participation and open dialogue. Each session concludes with lively group discussions and Q&A opportunities.
