In the wings of Hamlet, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are two minor courtiers awaiting their summons to court. Principle characters from Shakespeare's play come and go as the pair muse on the meanings of free will, life and death, whilst being shepherded - and occasionally derailed - by The Player and his Tragedians.
