Now, as late summer ripens and the days deepen into autumn, the rose offers us her fruit: the rosehip. These fleshy little gems provide winter fodder for small creatures and, like many autumn fruitsโelderberries, blackberries, hawthornโthey are packed with antioxidants to support our winter wellbeing.
With gentle guidance, we will welcome the loving medicine of rose through a warming, dried rosehip tea, creating a space infused with intention, wisdom, and the essence of the feminine. You will then be softly enveloped in vibration through a soothing sound bath, embodying the richness of rose in her mothering aspect.
Following this heart-opening journey, there will be space to share reflections, fostering connection, trust and love, the innate wisdom our hearts have always known.
