Come experience the ancient medicine of the Rose combined with conscious, connected Breathwork in an evening of ceremony.
We’ll work with a locally sourced Rosa Rugosa elixir, tune into the energetics of the Rose, then move into the potency of a conscious, connected Breathwork journey.
Rose is known to be a heart medicine that also teaches about boundaries and deep self-care with her thorns. Rose is a gentle, wise plant ally, and a beautiful complement to breathwork.
Ginny Gill, of Ginny Gill Breathwork, will guide the evening. She is a certified Spiraldance Breathwork Practitioner. She has trained, over the part two years, in the art of Rose Shamanism. She is very excited to share the wisdom and vibration of the Rose.
