Are you interested in exploring the Japanese rope art Shibari? Whether your focus is on tying yourself, tying others, being tied, or all of the above, join us for this beginning friendly, peer led practice and skill share in a chill space to tie, chat, and learn from each other - all experience levels welcome. Bring your questions, ideas, and enjoy the company with snacks and conversation while you look over rope resources. Your curiosity sets the pace - no pressure, just learning, inspiration, and connection. Whether you're brand new, brushing off old skills, or wanting to build a solid foundation for your continuing rope practice, participants are welcome to attend alone or with a partner. We will provide all necessary ropes, guidance, and a supportive environment to begin your study.16 spots available, space is limited. Donation based, all donations go towards the space and future classes.
No equipment required to attend, we have plenty of rope to get you started but please feel free to bring your own if you have it. Recommended to bring: a water bottle and a blanket. Some light snacks will be provided.
