Rope burn is a group dedicated to creating a safe space for those interested in learning the art of ropes, every 2nd Thursday of the month! We start with a small workshop for you to learn some basic ties and make some new friends in the process!-- We want to help people create connections and grow the queer rope community through sharing our knowledge and skills! We want this group to be a fun, s*x-positive, relaxed, and informational space, open to all skill levels and sizes.
A suggested donation of $20 is asked to help keep our space, Transform1060, healthy and vibrant so we can continue hosting. Donations are on a sliding scale and nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. For beginners, getting started can seem daunting, but we're here to help, and *WE WANT YOU* to come! 7:00 - 7:15: Check in
You'll be able to donate at the door at this time and geta locker if needed (we ask that you please share a locker with your rope partner if you're able to).

7-7:15: Introductions and Welcome

7:15-8: Skillshare

8-10: Open Play
Required Items: Rope, safety shears, yourself :)Dress Code: We are a s*x-positive space that encourages you to wear as much or as little as you want! Full nudity or remaining fully clothed is completely okay! There is no "teacher" for this event, though folks will be available to help/offer feedback. Also, feel free to bring any books with you to share with others or to practice ties from. *All male-identified, non-binary, and gender non-conforming persons are invited to share their skills and knowledge!
