Come Join Us! Let's Bae~Cation Travel Group with Let's Be Social Events Group... We'll be hosting our DMV edition Roots Picnic Bus Tour to Philly to experience the 2 day Festival with the Roots Live!

When: June 2nd-4th, 2023

Where: Aloft Philadelphia Airport Hotel

* Event Transportation Only and Hotel Accommodation Only can be arranged upon request. Additional night stay can be accommodated as well upon request. * Tickets to the concert and Chappelle show must be purchased separately.*

• Located five minutes from Philadelphia International Airport, the Aloft Philadelphia Airport offers a great convenience to travelers looking for fresh and fun accommodations. The modern hotel offers chic loft-inspired design, light and healthy dining options, accessible technology, as well as a complimentary airport shuttle. Aloft is just a short distance from Center City’s many historical sites, and minutes from Philadelphia’s stadiums/sports complex. Additional amenities include an indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, a complimentary airport shuttle and meeting spaces equipped with A/V, plasma TVs and free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Pre-Planned Weekend Itinerary:

Day 1- Friday, June 2nd- First Pickup Location: Depart from Tanger Outlet @10am (6800 Oxon Hill Road. National Harbor Md 20745).

Second Pickup Location: White Marsh Mall Park & Ride- White Marsh, MD 21236 @11:30am.

Check-in is at 3pm

Day 1 - Evening event: Dave Chapelle Show- @7:30p - Meet in the lobby by 6:30pm to head to comedy show venue. After the show we will go to local restaurant/lounge.

Day 2: Saturday, June 3rd - Depart Aloft Philadelphia Airport Hotel @1pm to head to concert grounds - The Mann, Fairmount Park.

Depart at closing of concert TBD to return back to Hotel.

Day 3: Sunday, June 4th - Checkout Hotel and Depart from hotel at 12:45pm to arrive at Fairmount Park by 1pm.

Depart from Fairmount Park at 9:00pm, arrive at White Marsh Mall around 10:30pm. Depart from White Marsh Park & Ride arrive at Tanger Outlet by 11:30pm.

Initial Deposit of $150 per person is due by April 30, 2023. Please note: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

*Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased separately upon request.*

Hotel with Transportation Package Prices:

King/2 Double beds - $425 per person (based on double occupancy), which includes 3 days/2 night hotel accommodation and roundtrip transportation.

King bed $675(single occupant rate), which includes 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodation.

Hotel Only Package Prices:

King/2 Double beds - $300 per person (based on double occupancy), which includes 3 days/2 night hotel accommodation.

King bed $575(single occupant rate), which includes 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodation.

Transportation Only Prices:

Roundtrip bus fare from DC to Philly and 2 day Event transportation - $175 per person

2 day Event transportation only -$99 per person

Payment Plans can be arranged for hotel and transportation package only. Subsequent payments will be made via our secure online payment portal. The payment link and an individual invoice will be given once initial deposit has been made.

Final payment due by May 15, 2023 ( NO EXCEPTIONS) -

What's Not Included:

• Optional activities/events

• Expenditure of personal nature, such as meals, drinks, souvenirs etc.

• Meals and tours not mentioned

• Tips to driver, guide, hotel and restaurant staff.

• Travel Insurance

• Whining/Complaining/Bad Vibes... Pls leave all of that at home. :)

YOU MUST BE 21+ and up to attend ALL Events.... (No Exceptions)

*No refunds for events not attended due to flight delays, late attendance or non-participation.

**Late fees of $25 will be assessed for any payment not paid within 15 day grace period.

*Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation package.

*Missed payments of one or more payments as scheduled and your spot will be automatically canceled and the following cancellation penalty will apply.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to cancellation schedule fee below.

Cancellation schedule fee for Hotel and Transportation & Hotel Only Packages:

31 days + prior to travel dates - $150 deposit

14-0 days prior to travel date - 100% non-refundable

Cancellation Policy for transportation only: Tickets purchased are Final Sale but are considered Transferrable.

All Major Credit Cards are accepted with 3% processing fee.
