Roots of Light is a gentle, spiritually transformative group experience designed to help you understand the deeper soul-level origins of these patterns so you can navigate the season with more peace, clarity, and compassion.
Join us for a calming afternoon of group past-life regression hypnosis, guided by Teri Del Aurora, Certified Life Coach through the A.R.E. in Virginia Beach. Whether you’re curious about past lives, seeking healing from generational cycles, or simply wanting a restorative spiritual experience, this gathering offers a meaningful way to prepare for the holidays.
What to Expect
Guided Group Past-Life Regression
Teri will lead the group through a relaxing, centering hypnosis session in the chapel. Many participants experience imagery, emotions, memories, or symbolic impressions connected to past lives or soul stories that illuminate current challenges — especially around family and relationships.
Integration, Journaling & Reflection
After the regression, Teri will lead a 30-minute discussion to help participants process their experiences, understand their insights, and journal about what came forward.
Sacred Space of Peace & Support
Participants are welcome to get comfortable in chairs or bring items such as:
- Yoga mats
- Blankets
- Sleeping bags
- Pillows
Light Refreshments
Sparkling cider will be served as part of the grounding and closing portion of the event.
