Roots of Black Resilience: Ancestral Ecologies & Climate Wellness

Join The Nest and community partners for a Black History Month gathering centered on Black resilience, ancestral ecological knowledge, and climate wellness.

This in-person session will create space for grounding, storytelling, and creative reflection, connecting Black environmental histories, foodways, and land-based practices to present-day climate justice and well-being.

Participants can expect:

• Interactive activities and creative expression
• Small-group climate wellness sharing
• Space for reflection, connection, and collective care

This event is open to Black students and allies and is designed to be a supportive, reflective, and community-rooted space.
