Roots & Radiance: Workshop for Women
Join us for a special Women's Day event on February 1st from 12-3pm, as we honor the powerful energies of the Root and Sacral chakras, grounding ourselves in stability and embracing our creativity and sexuality. This transformative experience will include gentle yoga movement to awaken and balance these vital energy centers, sound healing to promote deep relaxation and healing, and art expression to allow your inner creativity to flow freely. Throughout the event, we’ll also have special vendors offering unique products, as well as light refreshments to nourish and rejuvenate your spirit.
