Join Prairie Pines Partners and Wachiska Audubon for a FREE all-day event at Prairie Pines Nature Preserve, 112th and Adams with wellness activities from 10 AM - 4 PM and live music, food and drink from 4-8PM with Lloyd McCarter and the Honky-Tonk Revival!
SCHEDULE:
** 10-4pm find physical and mental wellbeing in nature through yoga, meditation, tai chi, mental health therapy, and forest bathing. Visit an herbalist, find your creative zone through art and experience the healing nature of crystals and acupuncture. Enjoy delicious plant-based offerings for sale from Rutabagas Comfort Food.
** 4-8pm Live performance and storytelling with Nebraska Arts Council grantee, WJ Bantam and Nebraska's Country Music Hall of Fame honoree, Lloyd McCarter and the Honky-Tonk Revival!
The event is free!
Food and drink will be for sale from Pepe’s Bistro and Wachiska Audubon!
Come as you are, bring your yoga mat, blanket or lawn chair, and prepare to reconnect with your surroundings as we collectively root with nature!
**Music festivities begin at 4 PM and end at 8PM in the Arboretum with Lloyd McCarter and the Honky-Tonk Revival and special guests!
**Bring your own chair. Rain or shine!
**Frolicking and dancing are encouraged.
