About this Event
Join us for a hands-on, creative workshop that explores our rich diversity of language and culture! This special session is perfect for families, especially those with children (ages 6-14), who are interested in exploring cultural heritage and languages.
In this fun and interactive session, you'll craft personalised items that reflect your heritage and story:
- Make a Sensory Heritage Bag: Fill a fabric pouch with spices and scents that remind you of home
- Create a Recipe Scroll: Share your favorite cultural dish by writing or drawing your family’s cherished recipe
- Paint a Story Stone: Bring a piece of your heritage to life by painting a symbol or image that represents your roots
- Collage Art: Create a collage of our stories to celebrate and share our unique voices
