Retreat Flow: We begin our journey in the afternoon, arriving at the beautiful Alliance Redwoods Conference Center and coming together to build an intentional community. Surrounded by towering trees and tranquil trails, we’ll connect with the land and one another, setting the foundation for a meaningful shared experience. Each morning begins with an optional sunrise movement or meditation practice, followed by a nourishing, healthy breakfast. Mornings are dedicated to grounding in theory and content. After a wholesome lunch, we shift into experiential practice—engaging with the land through guided invitations and sensory-based activities. Evenings offer spaciousness: enjoy creative arts sessions, connect in small groups, or take quiet time alone to reflect and recharge amid the beauty of the redwoods. On our final morning, we gather once more to integrate our experience, share insights, and close the retreat with intention and care. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself, to nature, and to a community of others on a similar path—renewed, inspired, and equipped with practices to carry forward.
