About this Event
Rooted: Yoga & Intention Setting for 2026 by Nimanthie Ariyasinghe
As we step into a new year, this is an invitation to slow down, ground yourself, and intentionally connect with how you want to feel in 2026.
This is an in-person community yoga gathering designed to help you move with mindfulness, set soul-aligned intentions, and embody them through breath and gentle movement. Rather than focusing on resolutions or productivity, we’ll centre presence, awareness, and grounding, held within the energy of community.
This class is open to all levels, including complete beginners. Whether yoga is brand new to you or a familiar practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
🗓 Sunday, January 11 | 6:00–7:00 PM
📍 Kardia - 10 Lower Spadina Ave, Suite 100, Toronto
Tickets: Pay What You Can
