About the Event
Step away from the noise of daily life and come home to each other.
Rooted Together is a one-day couples retreat designed to help you reconnect through breathwork, somatic movement, and shared ritual. Guided by Jane & Derek of Oakhenge Houses of Healing, you’ll learn tools for calming each other’s nervous systems, repairing with compassion, and rekindling the joy that brought you together.
