8 weeks of group strength training focused on preventing knee pain and improving performance for athletes and moderately active individuals.
About this Event

Join us biweekly to build strength, mobility, and power throughout your lower body and core! Whether you’re looking for in-season conditioning for skiing, snowboarding, training for spring activities like mountain biking or backpacking, or general injury prevention, this class will securely challenge you using evidence-based methods with a qualified strength coach. The programming is intended for folks of all experience levels of resistance training. Whether you have performed personal training, calisthenics, free weights, machines, CrossFit, or other programs focusing on strengthening your musculoskeletal system, you can expect unique benefits from this progressive, thoughtfully sequenced group training program.

60-minute classes begin on Tuesday, Febuary 4th, and recur every Tuesday & Thursday through March 27th from 6:00-7:00 pm at CorePhysio’s flagship clinic at 1825 Grant St, Bellingham, WA. Wear comfortable exercise attire and hopefully we will have the garage door open if weather permits in March!

This exclusive course includes 16 total classes with fun and challenging research-based exercise programming taught by Luke Galloway, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, from February 4th-March 27th. We hope to see you at all classes, as purchasing your ticket below grants you entry to every session. Secure your spot by registering below before the course fills up!

Note: Please do not register if you qualify for any of the following criteria: active pain that notably limits movement or activity, knee swelling/locking or hip locking or pain in response to activity, lower extremity (hip, knee ankle) tendonitis/bursitis; unstable cardiovascular function requiring Medic*tion for symptom relief; meniscal tears
