About this Event
As the days grow shorter and the air turns cold, our bodies and spirits call for warmth, nourishment, and deep roots. Join herbalist and energy healer Rhiannon Vaughn for a hands-on winter workshop where you’ll craft your own apple cider vinegar tincture infused with powerful winter herbs: burdock, elecampane, angelica, and tulsi.
In this 2-hr circle, you will:
🌿 Learn about the properties and energetic personalities of our featured plant allies
🌿 Sip and meditate with an herbal plant infusion to meet their Plant Spirit
🌿 Craft a 16oz jar of winter tonic to take home, nurture, and strain after 4–6 weeks
🌿 Gain a foundational understanding of folk herbalism and seasonal wellness
All materials are provided — herbs, jars, apple cider vinegar, and plant infusions for tasting and meditation.
You’ll leave with:
✨ A winter tonic to support your immune system and emotional balance
✨ A deeper connection to herbal medicine and the living spirit of plants
✨ Knowledge to continue your own home herbalism practice
This is an intimate, in-person gathering — space is limited to keep the circle cozy and interactive.
