Join us for a day of wellness as we Root ourselves into Spring and our growth season with Lead yoga teacher, Katie & delve into creative energy with Tracey, the Mindful Seasonalist.This is a time to create space for creativity, harness ideals & dreams that we have manifested during the winter months. To renew our energy & awaken connection to both nature & others.
We'll start the day with a meditation & journal session to set intensions followed by a warming yoga practice inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine to ignite energy & creativity leaving us feeling invigorated, inspired & open to growth.
You'll be guided through a mindful workshop by the wonderful Tracey (www.themindfulseasonalist.com) as we lean into a creative, deeper rooting into Spring by creating a bowl design with seasonal available flowers.
Enjoy a plant based nourishing lunch before coming together for Yin Yoga to nourish our wood element associated with Spring & bathe in healing sounds allowing our winter energy to break away.
Day Itinerary
9am | Meditation & Journal Session
9.30am | TCM inspired Yoga to balance Liver & Gall Bladder Meridians
10.30am | Refreshments
11am | Floral Bowl Workshop with the Mindful Seasonalist
1pm | Plant based lunch
1.30pm | Yin Yoga to renew & nourish the wood element
2.30pm | Sound Bath with healing crystal bowls & gongs
3.30pm | Closing circle & Cacao
4pm | Departure
