Event Details:
Welcome – 9:30-9:40 – Michelle Grasso
Breathing with the Trees - 9:45-10:15 – Lisa Campbell
Attune to the quiet life force of the forest, sensing the shared rhythm between your breath and the wood-wide web around you. We are formed from the same earth, water, fire, air, and space that we see, hear, and feel. In just a moment of presence, we remember that we are never separate but always part of nature’s wholeness.
Ayurvedic Practices For Autumn – 10:15 -11:30 - Lauren Oliver
Embark on a nurturing journey into Ayurvedic wisdom and seasonal self-care as you sip a warm, vata-balancing chai tea blend. This workshop begins with an exploration of the doshas and inspiration for simple daily rituals (dinacharya) to support balance during the airy, changeable Autumn season. Then, you'll be guided through a gentle yoga and somatic movement practice to ground the body and calm the mind, followed by breathwork and a deeply centering guided meditation. This session is designed to soothe the nervous system, support inner steadiness, and help you feel more at home in your body as the seasons shift.
Fall Rhythms Yoga - 11:40 -12:40 – April Ropes
Appropriate for all levels of students - even beginners
During this season of transition, you are invited to tune into the rhythms of nature and breath to discover what YOU need — in this moment. Like leaves swirling in the wind, we will flow and play in this gentle to moderate practice. You may even find your inner smile! Posture modifications will be offered throughout the class, so that you can nurture your body, mind and soul in your own way.
Lunch 12:45-1:30
Wonder Walk– 1:40-2:10 - Lisa Campbell
Together, we’ll explore with child-like curiosity listening to the whispers of the trees, feeling the textures of bark and moss, and noticing the tiny forest miracles we often overlook. This playful, mystery-filled walk invites you to reawaken your inner child and rediscover the simple joy and awe of being fully alive in nature.
Rooted in Rhythm: A Multi-Sensory Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Journey – 2:15-3:30pm - Gina Cranford, April Ropes, Lisa Campbell and Michelle Grasso
Gina brings a unique blend of vocal toning, rhythmic drumming, and crystal bowl soundscapes—all designed to reconnect you deeply with your body and the Earth’s natural pulse. We begin by opening the heart and calming the mind with soulful, intuitive vocal tones, setting a space of presence and receptivity. A grounding drum rhythm journey invites you to awaken your body’s innate rhythm and feel rooted in the moment. Next, soothing tones from crystal bowls wash over you, carrying you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic realignment. Reiki practitioners will offer hands-on Reiki during the session. This layered journey invites you to move through sound, rhythm, and touch, returning you to your center with renewed clarity, calm, and connection. Mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided, please bring any other optional comfort items from home such as pillows and eye masks.
Closing Meditation and Gratitude Sharing– 3:30-4:00pm - Lisa Campbell
