This is the final class in a series created by Support Birth Doula Collective to offer practical, real-life tools for pregnancy, labor, feeding and postpartum. These classes are designed for folks who want solid information, supportive guidance, and a space to ask questions, even on a tight schedule.

In each session, we’ll focus on what really matters: understanding your options, learning and building confidence for birth and beyond. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or anything in between, our goal is to make sure you feel supported, prepared, and not alone.
