This six week series is designed to explore diverse meditation styles and build skills progressively. Each class will focus on a unique aspect of mindfulness.

Participants can expect:
• Guided practice
• Discussion
• Techniques to practice at home
Start the new year with skills to maintain balance and equanimity. All experience levels welcome!
$75 series, registration required
$20 per session, drop-in
Michael Riley is a United States Air Force veteran and Bloomfield, Connecticut resident.
Michael holds a 500-hour yoga certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga and a 200-hour certification from Embodyoga, with specialized training in Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans. Additionally, he has completed certifications in yoga for special populations and a mindfulness facilitation program at Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford, Connecticut.
Currently, Michael teaches yoga at Wabi-Sabi Yoga and Wellness in Granby as well as a Meditation class at the Windsor Senior Center.
