In celebration of Black Maternal Health Week 2025, 4th Trimester Place and Light of Life Chiropractic invite you to Rooted in Love, Thriving in Wellness: Healing Black Mothers—a powerful gathering designed to uplift, support, and heal Black mothers through collective wellness and advocacy.
Join us for an afternoon centered on holistic care, community connection, and maternal empowerment. Together, we’ll explore how love, alignment, and culturally competent care can lay the foundation for healing—physically, emotionally, and systemically.
What to Expect:
- Workshops: Hear from a nurse practitioner, lactation consultant, and chiropractor specializing in perinatal care as they share practical tools and insights for thriving in the postpartum period.
- Wellness Demonstrations: Learn gentle stretches, breastfeeding positions, and wellness practices that promote healing and comfort after birth.
- Resource & Support Stations: Get access to mini consultations, postpartum resources, lactation support, and advocacy tools.
