Introducing the Rooted Families Book Club!As a parent, it can be tough to find time for… well, anything. That’s why we’re starting a new book club for young families at Oak Grove Christian Church! Our first book will be Parenting: 14 Gospel Principles That Can Radically Change Your Family, and each family will receive a free copy to keep. We’ll only discuss a few chapters each month, so we can slowly and intentionally work through the book together.
Our first meeting will be a chance to pick up your book and get to know other families in the club. Childcare is provided by our safe and qualified caregivers, where your little ones can play, make friends, and enjoy a snack while you join the discussion. A meal is also provided, so you can relax and enjoy the evening without extra stress.
Even if you’re not a parent yet—maybe you’re expecting or planning for the future—you are welcome here. This is a space for families to connect, learn, and root their homes in the gospel.
Our first meeting to pickup books and connect will be January 15th, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
