About this Event

The Pannell Center for Black Church Studies is excited to welcome Dr. Tina Armstrong to share about her NEW book, ROOTED. This will be an opportunity to gain encouragement and wisdom from Dr. Armstrong's work. Light Refreshments will be served.

Dr. Tina R. Armstrong is a licensed clinical psychologist, international speaker, and founder of Living Connected Psychological, Inc., a mental wellness company devoted to empowering Black women to reduce chronic stress and thrive holistically. A retired associate professor, her research centered on Black women’s spirituality, faith, and health. She integrates faith-informed wisdom, science-supported strategies, and culturally grounded practices to help women heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. Through her ROOTED framework, Dr. Armstrong invites women to pause, reset, and pursue flourishing in mind, body, and spirit.
