Rooted & Strong: Galantine's Day Strength Training

This one's for the girls! Join us for a Galantine's evening of strength-building and sisterhood. Class is nestled in the hills of beautiful Brown County, IN at The Wilds Wedding Venue for this unique workout experience combing ecotherapy and muscle movement. This experience will nurture both physical and mental well being, incorporating breathwork, mindfulness, and bodyweight exercies. Weather permitting, we'll take our activity outdoors - and if not, we'll still have rich views of nature from inside the venue!

Jeanette Molina, NASM-CPT is a personal trainer passionate about creating spaces where women feel comfortable and confident in the gym - and beyond.

Brynn Parkinson, MSW, LCSW is a counselor and ecotherapist motivated to incorporate nature in all forms of healing and strength.
