Rooted & Restored is a gentle group Reiki experience designed to support nervous system relaxation and reconnection to the root chakra — the energetic center of safety, stability, and belonging.
This offering is an invitation to slow down, soften your body, and return to a sense of grounded presence. Through guided breath, intentional stillness, and Reiki energy, participants are supported in releasing tension held in the body and reconnecting with their foundation.
This experience is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling:
