About this Event
Working in early childhood education is deeply meaningful and undeniably demanding. In this session, you’ll learn proactive strategies to regulate your nervous system, recognize early warning signs of burnout, and build daily wellness habits that fit into your daily routine. Through hands-on tools, relaxation and mindfulness techniques and realistic self-care practices, you’ll leave feeling more rooted, resilient and ready to continue the important work that you do.
Lauren Uher is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, and the founder of Bloom Wellness, working primarily with kids, teens and young adults.
