Join us for a nourishing donation based indoor workshop that blends the healing practices of yoga, breathwork, and art therapy to guide you back to your most authentic self.
We’ll explore gentle movement and creative expression to release shame, soften judgment, and reconnect with the quiet joy within.
This experience invites you to slow down and listen—to your body, your breath, and the wisdom that often gets lost in the noise of daily life. Through grounding yoga and restorative postures, we’ll anchor into the present, creating space to breathe and move with intention.
You’ll also be guided through gentle art therapy exercises—not for perfection, but for release, curiosity, and self-compassion. There are no wrong lines—just the beautiful imperfection of being human.
