Create a Sanctuary Garden – Ground yourself in the earth as you build your own beautiful arrangement to take home, symbolizing growth, resilience, and care.
Radiant Heart Mixed Media – Flow with your intuition using a variety of materials that awaken your creative spark, no experience needed.
Gentle Restorative Yoga + Meditation – Breathe, stretch, and unwind with a guided session to restore your body and centre your spirit.
By the end of these sessions, you’ll feel recharged, more present, and deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to a small community of women who value the same.
