Here’s a glimpse of what to expect and what’s included:
🍂 We'll start our day together at Silverwood Park in Saint Anthony, MN at 10am
🍂 Transformative group workshop sessions and conversation
🍂 A special forest bathing activity to support you in slowing down, disconnecting from the digital world, and engaging your senses.
🍂 Lunch and snacks – You’ll be well fed and hydrated!
🍂 Hot chocolate happy hour and charcuterie at the end of the day to celebrate our time together
🍂 We'll begin to wrap up at 4pm, but you're welcome to stay to continue the conversation, journal more, or stroll around the park and enjoy the amenities.
