Join us for the first Root to Rise Wellness Festival and 5K, sponsored by The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness and Uplift Fitness. Day passes start at $75 and full weekend passes start at $150. Individual event tickets will be available on a limited basis.

• Saturday, rise and shine for sunrise yoga and then hit the pavement for Uplift Fitness’s 5K Fun Run! Not a runner? Join us for our regular morning yoga classes at the studio.
Saturday’s schedule will be packed with fitness classes around town, an outdoor wellness and farmer’s market, and a special Candlelight Meditation and Sound Bath to end the day. Set your own schedule and enjoy all Hico has to offer on your downtime!
