Join Dolly in this all levels workshop where students will deconstruct Sun Salutations A + B and explore alignment, transitions and modifications of each pose. ⁣Students can expect a mix of practice and asana labs, becoming grounded with the unison of breath and movement as they explore how each pose lands in their body.
