Date/Time: Sunday, September 14th, 2025. Check In 8:30 Event starts promptly at 9am.
Location: Grandad Bluff Park 3020 Grandad Bluff Rd, La Crosse. There is ample parking.
Mindful Triathlon Format:
Leg 1 - 45 minute Fun Run/Walk
Leg 2 - 45 minutes of Yoga overlooking the city of La Crosse
Leg 3 - 15 minutes of guided meditation
Inclement Weather:
The safety of our participants and volunteers is our highest concern. In the event of inclement weather the Root Down Yoga Mindful Triathlon will be postponed to a later date. Any decision regarding the event will be made as quickly as possible and be communicated via email to all participants.
