Peter, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to the chakras. This is the first of 8 chakra balancing sound baths that Peter will be doing, focus on individual chakras for each session.
Root Chakra - Muladhara
Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana
Solar plexus Chakra - Manipura
Heart Chakra - Anahata
Throat Chakra -Vishudda
Third eye Chakra - Ajna
Crown Chakra - Sahasrara
This sound session will particularly focus on the root chakra (muladhara), which is associated with feelings of safety , security and belonging. Located at the bottom of the spine, this chakra is associated with the Earth element, the colour red and mantra 'LAM'. it forms the bedrock of our physical and emotional stability, often known as the foundational chakra. When aligned and in balance, it manifests as feeling safe, secure and grounded with our basic needs being met. Imbalanced attributes however manifest as feelings of anxiety, scattered energies, fear, eating disorders, , negativity, insecurity, greed and cynicism.
If this resonates, then join Peter for this grounding ceremony, using different musical instruments at the frequency of 396hz to resonate directly with the root chakra.
This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..

5pm- 5:05pm- Introduction / expectation of session
5:05pm - 5:20pm - Guided breath work and relaxation
5:20pm - 6:05pm Sound bath for root chakra balancing
6:05pm - Optional Departure
6:05pm - 7pm Optional tea and social to discuss experience with Peter/ each other.
7pm - Goodbyes
