Join us for Root & Rise, a transformative women’s retreat designed to empower, connect, and ground you in the supportive energy of the Root Chakra. This day-long experience will help you explore the foundational strength of your energy body while providing the tools to heal, balance, and empower your life.
What’s in Store:
- Chakra Wisdom: Learn about the chakras, specifically the Root Chakra, and its vital role in supporting your body, energy, and sense of security. Learn how color, food, sound, movement and creative expression support your chakras.
- Grounding Ceremony: Participate in a grounding ritual and a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony to connect with yourself and the Earth. This will be led by Andrea Jensen who is a health and growth facilitator.
- Healing Experience and Knowledge: Experience a Reiki talk and group Journey with Mandy Carter Reiki Master Teacher. This will empower your Roots, calm your nervous system, align your energy and gain deeper insights into Reiki’s benefits.
- Grounding Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and nourishing meal made with recipes that are shared so you can recreate the grounding experience at home. Rooted veggies, warm soups, breads and even a nutritious spin on cupcakes by Zoe for you to try.
- Yoga & Sound Bath Fusion: Immerse yourself in a grounding yoga session accompanied by a healing sound bath, designed to align and stabilize your Root Chakra while soothing your mind and body. This experience will be restorative grounding yoga led by Shari Drerup and the sound bath led by Zoe Smith.
- Creative Expression: Journal prompts throughout the day, line the way for you to further your understanding. Use your hands to create a meaningful, physical reminder of the day’s teachings to take home. Elisabeth with Strong Capable Female will join us for a vision board all about your Root, grounding and all of the knowledge you gained.
- Gifts to support your Root Chakra and Connection with like minded women: Receive thoughtful gifts like a Strong Capable Female Journal, and enjoy the sense of community and deep connection with like-minded women
