This October, join me and a beautiful group of fellow trainees in the Smoky Mountains for Root & Rise: A Fall Yoga Retreat—a sacred weekend of healing, connection, and deep self-love through rest, reflection, and renewal. 🍂🌲
We’ll be guided and supported by our incredible teacher and mentor, Heather Schneller, founder of Bodhi Wellness, alongside a lineup of compassionate, gifted instructors.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be welcomed with love and held in warmth and acceptance.

Thursday
• Arrival & check-in at 5 PM
• Dinner, introductions, meditation, and restorative yoga
Friday & Saturday
• Full-day class offerings: yoga, breathwork, healing practices
• Brunch + dinner included
• Come as you are and follow what your body needs
Sunday
• Morning yoga + closing circle
• Brunch and peaceful farewell
🍽️ All meals will be lovingly prepared by your instructors under the guidance of a certified nutritionist, ensuring nourishment for body, mind, and soul.
