Root & Rise is a mindful morning retreat designed to bring you back into balance. Through gentle yoga, healing sound, and reflective practice, you’ll release what weighs you down, root into calm, and rise into your day with clarity, lightness, and ease.

What You’ll Experience
During this 3-hour urban morning retreat, you’ll be guided through:
Creative Movement Flow with Nisha from Yoga Niche
A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practice that connects breath and body. Ground your energy, soften your nervous system, and awaken your creative spirit.
Sound Healing Journey with Mayuri from Mesaw Studio
Crystal bowls and sacred instruments guide you into deep rest, helping to release stress and restore harmony from within.
Yoga and Sound will be intertwined as Mayuri will play specific frequencies using crystal quartz bowls through each pose that Nisha guides you into. Helping you ground deeper and rise stronger.
Guided Reflection & Creative Journaling
Simple, supportive prompts help you reflect, reset, and realign with what truly matters. No experience needed.
Nourishment with Mayuri an integrative health coach and conscious eating expert
A light healing vegetarian lunch will be served as you sip on chai (there will be other non-alcoholic drinks available) and connect with the like minded people around you, carrying your inner power and clarity into the month ahead.
