Join us for a Resume Review at our Workshops Designed Just for You! (Onsite and Online Options)
We offer special strategies on how to workshop your resume to find the hidden gems...not from your perspective, but from "their's"...the Human Resources Department and your next boss, that is.
Increase Application Appeal with a few simple steps, supplements, and added structures to your resume and interviewing strategies that are sure to capture how and why you are the best fit...even with little or no experience!
We also cover methods to (a) find less publicized positions, and (b) approach organizations when the 'firm fits', before there being the right role... within it.
The facilitator teaches subtle techniques and introduces unforgettably exercises aimed to practice utilizing experiences, talents, courses, and associations to demonstrate how you are prepared for the position (if and when work experience is lacking).
Lastly, we address concerns about "issues" or "circumstances" that might work for or against you. We confidentially attempt to cover strategies to combat such stigmas both within our workshops, but also in our one-on-one sessions.

Facilitator has experience in advising student in BS and MS programs within universities and early career professionals. She held many positions in human capital development, professional development training, adult learning, and advising. She has organized career fairs, resume drives, and worked on many grants focused on "talent pipeline" planning for public service organizations.
