We are welcoming new players to ALL of our teams, mixed adult (16+), Womens (16+), and Youth mixed gender (<17) to our Rookie Flag Football Session, and it’s the perfect place to get started - no experience needed. All fitness levels are welcome, just bring boots or trainers, and we'll provide the rest!
